About this data
WARN notices are filed by employers with state workforce agencies, usually 60 days before a mass layoff or plant closing. Counts are as reported in the notice and can change if the employer amends it. News reports come from Daily AI Toll, which logs layoffs where AI was cited, with a source link and an AI-attribution level for each one. See methodology for how records are matched to companies.
